1950 Hollywood B-film “Outrage,” looks intimately, painfully, and analytically at what we now know to call rape culture. Directed by Ida Lupino who is widely regarded as one of the most prominent, and one of the only, female filmmakers working during the 1950s in the Hollywood studio system.

Tickets are free but the event is to raise money on the door for Peterborough Rape-Crisis Care Group so please give what you can.
TW: sexual assault, discussions of trauma relating to assault.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions relating to the content of the film.
